Pure Herbal Healing is a small-batch apothecary operated by Amanda Peaslee in Belfast, Maine. By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to comply with these Terms of Service.

2. Products & Services

Our products are handcrafted herbal remedies including body oils, skin care, liquid extracts, flower essences, and energetic blends. Please note:

• Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
• Herbal products are offered as wellness support and are not a substitute for professional medical advice.
• If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, or are taking medication, please consult your healthcare provider before using our products.
• Custom products are formulated specifically for you based on consultation and cannot be returned unless defective.

3. Consultations

Consultation sessions with Amanda are intuitive, holistic wellness assessments. They are not medical appointments. By booking a consultation, you acknowledge that:

• Sessions are for wellness and personal growth guidance only
• Amanda is an intuitive herbalist, not a licensed medical professional
• Any recommendations made are holistic suggestions, not medical prescriptions
• You are responsible for informing Amanda of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions

4. Orders & Payment

• All prices are listed in US dollars (USD)
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of purchase
• We reserve the right to cancel orders if products are out of stock or if there are pricing errors
• Custom products require a consultation before ordering and may have extended processing times
• A deposit may be required at the time of consultation booking

5. Shipping & Handling

• Standard products are handcrafted with care and typically ship within 5–7 business days
• Custom products may require additional processing time (7–14 business days)
• Free shipping is available on orders over $75
• We currently ship within the United States only
• Shipping times are estimates and may vary; we are not responsible for carrier delays
• Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the handcrafted and personal nature of our products:

• Standard products: May be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Contact us to initiate a return.
• Custom products: Are non-refundable as they are made specifically for you. Exceptions may be made for defective products.
• Subscription boxes: Individual boxes are non-refundable once shipped. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
• Consultations: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.

7. Subscriptions

Quarterly Healing Box subscriptions are billed automatically every three months. You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds will be issued for the current quarter.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, product descriptions, blog posts, and branding — is the property of Pure Herbal Healing and Amanda Peaslee. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Pure Herbal Healing and Amanda Peaslee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service in question. By using our products, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk.
