When will I be billed?

You'll be billed when you subscribe and then every three months on the same date. For example, if you subscribe on March 15, your next billing date will be June 15.

When do boxes ship?

Boxes ship within the first two weeks of each new season — around March 20 (Spring), June 20 (Summer), September 20 (Fall), and December 20 (Winter). You'll receive a tracking number via email.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Absolutely. You can pause or cancel anytime by emailing hello@pureherbalhealing.com at least 7 days before your next billing date. There are no cancellation fees — we want you to stay because you love it, not because you're locked in.

Do you ship outside the US?

Currently, the Seasonal Healing Box ships within the United States only. International shipping is something we're exploring for the future. Join our newsletter to be the first to know when it becomes available.

Can I gift a subscription?

Yes! Gift subscriptions are available for 1, 2, or 4 quarters. Just select the gift option at checkout and we'll include a handwritten note from you in the first box.

What if I have allergies or sensitivities?

Please let us know about any allergies or sensitivities when you subscribe. Amanda reviews every subscription and will substitute ingredients as needed to ensure your box is safe and enjoyable.
